We are excited to announce our first ever online symposium!

Over two days, 28th-29th May 2021, we will be hosting panel discussions with Oceanic peoples on how we navigate digital and social media. Our Lead Editor, Emele Ugavule, has curated a powerful line up of speakers who will lead talanoa on topics ranging from how we archive and present our stories in digital spaces, emerging social media platforms and subcultures during the COVID-19 pandemic,  representation, and creating educational and safe spaces.

Tickets are on a sliding scale basis of ‘Pay what you can’ ranging from $5-$15AUD.

This is an independent event, and ticket sales will go towards paying our guest speakers. Check below for updates as we announce our program!
