We are extending our commitment to providing educational resources through creating an online database of content and resources authored or created by Pacific Islanders in Academia.
This database prioritises digital content and resources that are authored or created by Pacific Islanders on topics relating to arts, history, geography, relationality, spirituality, astrology, language and more. It was initiated by Talanoa following requests from diasporic Fijian community members to start a centralised hub for resources by Indigenous authors. In it’s initial stages it features works from Fijian authors, however, we would love to expand to other Pacific nations, and will do so as we receive submissions!
