Hamiliton Hughes is an Australian based Fijian, passionate about health and fitness. For more than a decade his involvement in sport has seen him gain a depth of experience playing rugby league at various levels, even representing his country of birth (Labasa, Fiji) with the Fiji Bati.  Today, he’s dedicated his career to giving back to his community, by helping people reach their own personal goals through health and fitness. He specialises in boxfit, strength and conditioning, functional fitness, interval circuit training and group sessions.
